1) The Premium Tennis Program is a high-intensity customised programme taught by Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar coaches under the technical direction of Toni Nadal
This program lasts 6 days (7 nights of stay), with entry and exit from Sunday to Sunday
2) At the Total Tennis & Fitness for adults, you will take part in training sessions in small groups and share great moments on court with players from all around the world.
This program lasts 6 days (7 nights of stay), with entry and exit from Sunday to Sunday
3) The Total Tennis Plus program was designed for any players who want to experience a week of high-performance tennis at our unique sports facilities
This camp for adults lasts 6 days (7-night stay), from Sunday to Sunday
4) The Total Tennis Doubles program has been created for players who usually compete in the doubles modality and wish to improve their technique and tactics while learning new strategies
This program has a duration of 6 days (7 nights stay) entry and exit from Sunday to Sunday
5) The Total Padel for adults is a versatile program that completely adapts to the level of each group. This makes it an ideal setting for beginners as well as advanced players who want a higher level of technique ; 7 fully equipped outdoor and 6 indoor paddle courts
This program has a duration of 6 days (7 nights stay) entry and exit from Sunday to Sunday
Half week
1) The Total Tennis & Fitness is the perfect plan for enjoying the facilities of the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre while playing your favourite sport
The Total Tennis & Fitness take place for 3 days (4 nights of stay), with entry and exit from Sunday to Thursday or from Wednesday to Sunday
2) The Total Tennis Doubles program has been created for players who usually compete in the doubles modality and wish to improve their technique and tactics while learning new strategie
In addition, the Total Tennis Doubles includes 2 physical training sessions in small groups focused 100% to improve court performance
This program has a duration of 3 days (4 nights stay) with entry and exit from Sunday to Thursday or Wednesday to Sunday
3) The Total Tennis Plus was designed for any players who want to experience a week of high-performance tennis at our unique sports facilities.
In addition, real-competition tactical situations will be simulated in order to learn how to focus on the decisive points in a match
This camp for adults lasts 3 days (4-night stay), check in and check out from Sunday to Thursday or Wednesday to Sunday
4) The Total Padel for adults is a versatile program that completely adapts to the level of each group. This makes it an ideal setting for beginners as well as advanced players who want a higher level of technique
This program, available throughout the year, lasts 3 days (4 night’s stay) with entry and exit from Sunday to Thursday or from Wednesday to Sunday
Weekend
Total Tennis Weekend is the perfect programme to enjoy a tennis getaway and fun in a unique environment.
The training sessions are in reduced groups so you can have maximum hours on the court. Focus will be on the main technical aspects of the game; groundstrokes, defence and attack strokes, net strokes, and serves. Also, real competition situations will be created to work tactical aspects, and match play tournaments will be organised to improve game strategies.
This programme lasts 2 or 3 days (2 nights stay), arriving on Friday and departing of Sunday. We offer a reduced version with training on Saturday and Sunday (6 hours of tennis) and a more extended version with training sessions from Friday to Sunday (8 hours of tennis)
