Chef Mirko Ronzoni was born and lives in Bergamo, in Italy 

He is the Winner of the second Italian edition of “Hell’s Kitchen” broadcast on Sky Uno and hosted by chef Carlo Cracco. The victory earned him the position of Executive Chef at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at the Forte Village Resort in Sardinia; from 2016 to 2019 he was “Sous Chef” of the program itself alongside Cracco. Communicative, histrionic, sociable, lover of fashion and accessories, he participates in numerous promotional events such as: Cous Cous Fest in San Vito lo Capo, Salone del Gusto in Milan, Eataly in Turin, but also presence on national and international TV.

He collaborates with the Accademia del Gusto, Congusto Gourmet Institute, Italian Food Academy, solid and renowned companies in Northern Italy in carrying out culinary training courses for professionals and non-professionals.

These collaborations are full of encounters and experiences that he shares with very renowned colleagues (Enrico Cerea, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Enrico Bartolini, Giovanni Pina, Gianluca Fusto, Fabio Tacchella, Davide Scabin to name a few) which increase his professional qualities but also and above all a vision of life made up of sharing, exchange of energy and desire to grow.
