Nestling into a Mykonian hillside, this Villa has been beautifully designed using some typical Cycladic style traits, with luxury and comfort in mind. This is a multi-level property with a main house which hosts the living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas (ground/pool level) and three of the bedrooms, while two individual guest rooms are located outside of the main house at the lower level of the property.
The magnificent outdoor areas offer mesmerising scenery down to Panormos Beach. The main terrace of the house features a spacious shaded lounge area with stand-alone and stone-built sofas, as well as a dining area seating 12 guests, a pool bar and a charcoal barbecue.
The large pool area is perfect for a day in the sun and refreshing moments in the pool, while a cocktail in the shaded lounge area is a welcome distraction from the midday sun.
Inside, the clean lines and pristine white interiors maximise the Mykonian sunlight; a spacious lounge area which opens out onto the pool terrace boasts built-in stone sofas, a smart TV with satellite channels and a working fireplace. The bright, open-plan, modern kitchen is fully equipped and is located directly next to the dining area seating 10 people. All areas are fully air conditioned and have dual Wi-Fi access.
Access to the villa is double-gated and the indoor areas are security protected with a motion alarm connected to a 24-hour private security company

The natural stone walls and sleek white render create a charming, rustic ambience which blends seamlessly with the surrounding rocky hillside. In front of the property, the beautiful infinity pool seems to hover above the headland, the shimmering Aegean waters dazzling on the horizon.
Beside the pool, a wide bank of lounge seating makes for the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner before heading out for the evening. Or relax poolside by day on one of the loungers that line the terraces. Closer to the main house, a veranda shaded by wooden rafters boasts an al fresco dining table, seating up to 12. It’s a glorious spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a meal with friends under the stars.
The inside boasts characteristic Mykonos charm: high ceilings, pale wooden rafters, and whitewashed walls – all brought bang up to date with polished cement floors and high-end amenities. Plush sofa seating in neutral tones overlooks the pool terrace and sea views, while the kitchen seamlessly blends glossy white units with natural wood, and a charming breakfast nook, seating eight.
The dreamy white linens, polished cement floors and spacious light-filled rooms continue throughout the guest accommodation, which is split between the main house and an additional luxurious master suite in the guest house.

The villa occupies a beautiful section of the coast close to Elia beach, one of Mykonos’ best-loved beaches. Its long stretch of golden sand and clear, turquoise waters are as beloved by families as they are by the party crowd or those seeking its numerous water sports, including water-skiing, jet-skiing, and windsurfing.
The villa’s elevated position high above the beach gives the property a secluded air and treats guests here to some breath-taking panoramic views of rocky headlands facing into the sparkling Aegean Sea.
Indeed, the turquoise waters of the villa’s infinity pool seem to merge with the shimmering waters of the Aegean to create an endless vista of summery blue. Loungers line the sunny wooden deck, and beyond that, the terrace offers further places to relax with friends or dine out under the starry skies.
There’s a sleek al fresco bar under wooden rafters, and a further lounge seating area across the lawn, in prime position to take in the stunning sea views. Entertain outside around the fire-pit, or head inside to the pull-down projector screen to enjoy a movie.
Inside, exposed stone walls, pale wooden floors the colour of driftwood, and soft white render create a calm and tranquil ambiance. Sofa seating curves around the winter fireplace, rising to a mezzanine level with an interior dining space with sea views and, beyond that, a pristine white kitchen.
The pale wood floors, white painted walls and rafters continue through the rest of the property, ensuring the bedrooms retain the same cool air of relaxed island chic.
There are four bedrooms in the main house: three attractive doubles with en-suite shower rooms, plus a pretty twin with its own en-suite shower room.
Beside the bedrooms in the main house, there are two additional studio accommodations with private terrace access. Each has its own small kitchen area and en-suite bathroom, the first is a double bedroom and the second is a ‘French’ double.

This Villa is an elegant and spacious family villa, facing South in a privileged wind-sheltered location at the top of the hill Kounoupas with breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea. It offers a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It’s true to the traditional Mykonian architecture with minimal and modern details. It was built in 2014 and was renovated in 2018. The interior design is completely open-plan and bright with cosy living and dining room areas and two fully equipped kitchens. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the property boasts a number of furnished verandas, an infinity pool that blends wonderfully with the bright blue sky and sea, gas barbecue and shaded pergolas for relaxed summer days and nights.
The villa’s minimal interior design fulfils guests’ need for relaxation. The bright living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and the dining area have direct access to the exterior lounge areas and pool. A second cosy living room and another open plan kitchen are located in the guest house, on the lower ground floor.
